During the month of August construction works started on Edificio Carole At this time the project is in the phase of earthwork.
The Edificio Carole is located in Ronda Sur along the city centre of Murcia, it has 38 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, garages and storerooms.
The execution works of this new development launched by TM Real Estate Group has begun in August. The first phase of work consists of earthwork that will allow the settlement of the structure of the future building.

Diarioinformacion.es online newspaper publishes today an article titled “The manual cleaning makes possible Spanish coast beaches to grow by more than five meters” (spanish). This is a beta test involving the regeneration of the beaches through the use of manual cleaning techniques, which unlike the traditional mechanical cleaning, can create life on the beaches and thus expand sand surface in a natural way.
This test was conducted in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante) a city distinguished by a coastline of 11 kilometres in length shaped by fine golden sandy beaches. This experience has been underway since November 2008 and consists to avoid the use of mechanical means for cleaning the beach. The natural response to this test has been higher setting of the sand in the dry area through the creation of small dunes and a compaction of the wetland due to a natural layer of salt. As a result the surface of sand has grown more than 5 meters since.
It is hoped that more coastal municipalities join this initiative and so we can be able to retain the natural charm of our coastline, where you will find many of TM Real Estate Group residential projects, as Dayasol which is only 15 minutes of the beaches of Guardamar del Segura.

It turns out that this young Canadian girl was in part responsible for the success of Obama’s presidential campaign based on “new media”, that is, the internet and social networks.
But what is the secret of success in this case? Internet allows us to be closer to an individual, that’s it. The leader, in this case the U.S. president, approached each of the stakeholders by being close to their needs and sending each group custom-made messages, not “mass media messages”, so he distinguished himself from the rest of its competitors.
And this is basically what companies must learn, must learn that now it’s easier than ever to be near our customers, existing tools that be put together so customers have direct channels where they interact with companies.

TM seeks for a new project in Angola August 13, 2009

TM Real Estate Group keeps on with its growth strategy by opening new markets. In this case the company is working to obtain an agreement for a project in Angola consisting on the construction of 100 social houses in partnership with an Angolan construction company.
According to the CEO of the company, Pablo Serna, “The terms of the agreement will be ratified in an upcoming trip to Luanda that the TM Real Estate Group’s management team will achieve in the next couple of weeks.”
Angola is a country in southwest Africa, on the west coast of the continent and neighbouring Republic of Congo, Zaire, Zambia and Namibia countries. In the past, this country was a Portuguese colony so the official language is still Portuguese. It has a democratic system of government with a presidential regime.
Political stability and a growth of 6% at this stage of crisis, plus oil wealth, diamonds sector, etc.., makes Angola an appropriate location for the business strategy of the TM Real Estate Group.
