HOW TO GET HERE

Along the A-7 Mediterranean Motorway, take exit 74 to Elche-Aspe. Continue to Aspe along the CV-84. As you enter Aspe, you’ll cross the CV-846. Turn towards La Romana and drive on for 3 km. On the right hand side, you’ll see “Residential Villas de Aspe”. If you have a plane to catch at the El Altet airport, the trip will only take you 20 minutes.

TM Denmark hold Spanish tapas and wine event.

On the 4th February 2009, TM DENMARK held a presentation in conjunction with NYKREDIT and DANISH LAYER in Roskilde, Denmark. Søren and Irene Larsen, from TM Denmark, started with a 30 minute power point presentation of TM and its properties followed by a very Spanish style break – red wine and tapas for everyone.

After the wine, NYKREDIT informed the guests about mortgages both in Denmark and Spain, and the night was brought to a close with a presentation from RET & RÅD regarding wills and testaments, and questions from the guests. The plan was to hold the event from 19.00 until 21.00, but it ran on further into the night with many interesting questions from the Danish public.

TM hold its first presentation in the Iranian capital, Teheran.

Last week, TM Real Estate Group held an exclusive presentation of its products in the Iranian capital, Teheran. More than 200 guests, government officials, entrepreneurs and members of the public interested in investing in Spain listened as Jesús Serna, International Director at TM, gave a presentation of TM properties in the Mediterranean, administrative procedures and also tips on how to purchase a home in Spain.

The level of interest and expectations were encouraging, and for this reason we would like to thank all those who made the event possible; helped us to attain these incredible results and who have encouraged us to continue to grow within this emerging market.

Winners with TM

On 2008, TM sponsored a golf tournament at the Vallø Golf Course, Koge, Denmark. Around 50 golfers took part in the tournament, which was won by Karsten Richart, who received the first prize of a week long vacation at the TM resort of Mirador Ses Cales, Mallorca.
