TM Real Estate Group keeps on with its growth strategy by opening new markets. In this case the company is working to obtain an agreement for a project in Angola consisting on the construction of 100 social houses in partnership with an Angolan construction company.

According to the CEO of the company, Pablo Serna, “The terms of the agreement will be ratified in an upcoming trip to Luanda that the TM Real Estate Group’s management team will achieve in the next couple of weeks.”

Angola is a country in southwest Africa, on the west coast of the continent and neighbouring Republic of Congo, Zaire, Zambia and Namibia countries. In the past, this country was a Portuguese colony so the official language is still Portuguese. It has a democratic system of government with a presidential regime.

Political stability and a growth of 6% at this stage of crisis, plus oil wealth, diamonds sector, etc.., makes Angola an appropriate location for the business strategy of the TM Real Estate Group.
